Each piece is custom-made from your photos and carefully designed to capture the unique features of both of your furry best friends—making every grip completely one of a kind.
How it works: Upload clear, close-up photos of your pets where their faces and features are easy to see. Don't worry about the background—we edit and remove the background for you. Your pets also don't need to be in the same photo! You can submit two separate photos, one of each pet, and we'll edit them together to create your custom grip.
Because we're fitting two pets onto one grip, the finished piece may be slightly wider than our single-pet grips, and we may slightly overlap your pets to create the best overall design.

Because we’re a small, family-run business, we pack and ship every order with intention — and a lot of love.

Processing Time:
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days, but during peak periods, it may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times:
• U.S. Orders: Typically arrive in 3–6 business days after processing
• International Orders: Usually arrive in 1–3 weeks, depending on your location and local customs

At Untouched Blooms, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and refund policy below.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a claim, email us at support@untouchedblooms.com with the following:
Your order number
A photo of the packing label
A clear photo of the damaged product
We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
If you’ve changed your mind or no longer want the item, please reach out to us at support@untouchedblooms.com within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must not a personalized item, unused, and in its original condition
You must include your order number and a photo clearly showing that the item is unused
Once we receive your request, we’ll provide further instructions regarding the return process.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
